• Utility Use Notification Form. Electrical outlets in the Parks are available for use by members. The Board keeps the outlets at the parks locked. We believe it is in our best interest for the safety of our community members, their family’s and their friends. This will also limit liability to the HOA for any damage or injury caused by the voluntary use of the outlets. Simply fill out the Utility Use Notification form below and send it to the Board to request and how to receive a key for access to the outlet.
