WATER SYSTEM
The water for Grand Firs is supplied by Washington Water Service. For questions on your meter size, issues with leaks or breaks, or for billing you can find them here:
Annual Backflow Testing
All lots in Grand Firs have irrigation systems and must have a backflow preventer (double check valve). The backflow preventer stops potentially contaminated water from reverse flow back into the public water system and from into the water system of the residence.
Washington Water requires the backflow preventer be tested once a year and after any repair or replacement.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS
260 homes have complete Septic Systems. 142 homes are connected to one of 24 Community Drain-fields and receive an additional annual assessment for Inspection and Reports to TPCHD, Electricity (TPU) for pumps and all repairs for their drain-field they are connected to.
