Committees
Architecture Control Committee:
The Grand Firs ACC exists to ensure that changes made to the exterior of properties, and maintenance of properties within the association adhere to the covenants for Grand Firs Homeowners Association. The ACC is made up of three to five homeowners with one board member serving as the HOA Board liaison. ACC meetings are held at the discretion of the committee chair. Maintenance and Repair Committee:
The Grand Firs Maintenance and Repair Committee identifies areas needing repair whether by first person or by being notified by the board or property manager of the association. If the maintenance or repair can be completed by this committee, then they will inform the board and look into the most cost effective way to complete the work without having to spend more funds by hiring a contractor. The committee is made up of three to five homeowners, with one board member serving as the HOA Board liaison. Meetings are held at the discretion of the committee chair.
The Grand Firs Safety Committee manages the safety program for the association. Help support and increase participation in the already underway Community Watch programs, work with Sheriff, Fire and Emergency Medical personnel and the Country Government related to making our community safer. The committee is made up of three to five homeowners with one board member serving as the HOA Board liaison. Meetings are held at the discretion of the committee chair.
The Grand Firs Social Committee is responsible to organize and carry out social activities in the interest of Grand Firs homeowners. They advise and assist the Board of Directors in providing opportunities for homeowners to get acquainted, share common interests, concerns and goals for our community in a congenial, cordial and hospitable setting. The committee is made up of three to five homeowners with one board member serving as the HOA Board liaison. Meetings are held at the discretion of the committee chair.
