Effective May 1, 2025, The Management Trust (TMT) has been selected to manage the day-to-day operations of Grand Firs HOA, including homeowner communications, vendor management, and community administration.

A welcome letter was sent to all homeowners with instructions for setting up your individual Portal. If you need your setup code resent, please contact TMT using the information above.

- TMT’s online User Portal allows you to access community documents, submit maintenance requests, make payments, and view community updates.
- Regular updates and important announcements will be posted on the Portal and sent via email.
- For emergency maintenance requests after hours, please call the main line and follow the prompts.
